This policy describes how FindMyReport (findmyreport.com) handles information about visitors to the site.

What we collect

• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). We do not build profiles of individual visitors.
• Removal and correction requests. If you submit a removal request, we collect the information you provide (name, contact email, the page or record at issue) solely to process the request. We keep a private log of requests and actions taken, and a suppression list so removed information stays removed.
• Lead forms. If you choose to request quotes through a sponsored form (for example, insurance quotes), the information you enter is sent to the named sponsor. We never ask for health or injury information on any form. Forms are always user-initiated.

What we do not do

• We do not sell visitor personal information.
• We do not use records data to build marketing or solicitation lists, and we do not permit others to do so through this site.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Analytics and sponsored links may set cookies. Your browser can block or clear cookies at any time; the site works without them.

About people named in public records

This site describes how to use official public-record lookups and links to official sources. If a page on this site references you and you want it removed or corrected, use our free removal process. We honor expungement and sealing orders immediately.

Data retention and security

Removal-request logs are retained as required to honor suppression. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings. We use industry-standard hosting security (TLS everywhere).
