How to get a car accident report in Owyhee County

Owyhee County Sheriff's Office (county roads)
For crashes the Owyhee County Sheriff's Office handled, submit the county's Public Records Request form to the Sheriff's front counter in Murphy (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm); the office also lists a walk-in crash report service. No fee is published.
Homedale Police Department
Homedale runs its own police department: 31 W Wyoming Ave., Homedale, ID 83628, phone (208) 495-1154 ext. 2 (dispatched through the county). No online records portal — request report copies in person, by mail, or by phone. HPD-investigated crashes also appear on the state ITD portal.
