Emmett Police Department

Submit the department's Records Request form by mail (Attn: Records Request, 501 E. Main St., Emmett), by fax (208) 365-6062, or in person Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; phone (208) 365-6055. Email submissions are not accepted. Processing takes 3-5 working days; bring photo ID at pickup. Accident reports are released on request unless the crash involved serious injury or death still under investigation.
