How to get a car accident report in Canyon County

Canyon County Sheriff's Office (county roads)
For crashes the Canyon County Sheriff's Office handled, request through the CCSO Records Unit: 1115 Albany St Rm. 137, Caldwell; (208) 454-7488; ccsorecords@canyoncounty.id.gov; weekdays 8am-5pm. Written response within 3 business days (up to 10 for Idaho residents). Fees may apply for labor and copies.
Nampa Police Department
Nampa routes accident reports through crashdocs.org (crashdocs.org/id-cityofnampa). You can also request at the records window, 820 2nd Street S, Nampa, (208) 465-2257, or via the city's online form.

Submit the Police Public Record Request form by email, fax, mail, or in person at 110 S 5th Ave, Caldwell. No case number? Include the names involved, location, date, and approximate time.
