How to get a car accident report in Ada County
Idaho crash reports are public records (Idaho Code § 49-1306 makes officer crash reports non-confidential). The fastest path for most crashes anywhere in Idaho is the state ITD portal; you can also request directly from the investigating agency.

Ada County Sheriff's Office (county roads)
For crashes the Ada County Sheriff's Office investigated, completed collision reports are released to involved parties (unless the crash involved serious injury or death still under investigation). ACSO routes crash-report pickup through the BuyCrash portal (agency code ID0010000) — have the crash date, location, and report number. Boise Police Department
